This year, our Lenten journey is called “Practice Lent: A Season of Living Our Faith.” Lent is not only about reflection or restraint, but about practice — about letting our faith take shape in daily life, in ordinary acts of care, prayer, and love. Our practices this season are grounded in Church Anew’s A Living Catechism, which reminds us that faith is not only something we confess, but something we live. God meets us in ordinary things. God speaks through Scripture and Spirit. God calls us toward mercy, toward one another, and toward new life — again and again.
