Reflection by Ana Becerra, Mission Developer, Cristo Rey
Writing is not my strength. I would much rather speak with people—and believe me, I can spend hours on the phone! I recently adapted my calling to include more FaceTime calls, so I can actually see people’s faces!
Before 2020 I would receive emails from various people that I hardly ever met in person. That used to seem a bit strange to me, to only communicate online. But now, it is so common to receive these messages, and I realize how much I enjoy it. it is a great way to connected with others when in-person is not possible. I am thankful to be able to keep connecting with friends and families around the world.
Prayer: God of all people ,we thank you for all the new ways we still connected with others, we thank you for all the people who work to make possible to meet face to face (virtually) with our siblings in Christ, yet is not the way we used to we are thank you for it. Amen.
